Returns & Exchange Policy
Product Quality Issues
For any damages, defects, or wrong items received, we’ve got you covered. We will bear all return or exchange shipping costs. If you opt for an exchange, we’ll send out the correct or replacement item free of charge within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Each order is eligible for one (1) return or exchange. Please include your order number in your email to us for faster processing.
Non-Quality Issues
For reasons such as change of preference, sizing concerns, or style mismatch, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully review all product details before making a purchase.
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Requirements
To ensure a smooth process, returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Original packaging intact (dust bag, box/paper bag, tags)
• All product labels and tags attached
• No signs of use, including scratches, stains, or alterations—except for reported defects
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable when an exchange is not possible due to unavailable stock. Shipping fees are not included in the reimbursement.
Shipping Info
All orders will be dispatched between 2 - 5 days after order received.
Shipping Rates
West Malaysia : RM 15
East Malaysia : RM 35
Tracking number will be provided once parcel is ready for dispatch. Please allow 1 - 2 days before tracking your parcel on the courier’s website.
Sold Out / Out of Stock / Discontinued Items
If a purchased item with quality issues is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
